Job description
Develop, own, and actively execute a clear AI roadmap focused on identifying and realizing automation opportunities across business processes. Translate strategy into concrete, actionable initiatives, ensuring hands-on delivery and strong alignment with IT strategy and business goals.

Technical Problem Solving & Solution Design Proactively analyze inefficiencies and procedural bottlenecks. Design, prototype, and iterate AI-driven automation solutions, leveraging a solid understanding of development principles, system architecture, and data flows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Requirements Engineering Work closely with business units to gather requirements, assess feasibility, and co-create practical solutions. Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and take ownership of turning them into working solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Technology Evaluation & Adoption Continuously scout emerging AI and automation technologies. Hands-on lead pilots and proof-of-concepts to validate technical fit and business value, enabling a smooth transition from experimentation to scalable, production-ready solutions.

Project Delivery & Technical Oversight Drive execution of AI and automation projects end-to-end, from concept to production. Ensure timely delivery, code quality, and seamless integration with existing systems. Work side-by-side with developers and data scientists as needed to remove blockers and accelerate delivery.

AI & Automation Governance Promote ethical, compliant, and responsible use of AI and automation tools. Ensure solutions are compliant by design, adhering to data privacy regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting Provide clear, outcome-oriented updates to the CTO and key stakeholders, focusing on progress, delivered value, technical challenges, and next execution steps. Ensure transparency, ownership, and alignment across teams
Requirements
- You have 8+ years of experience in digital transformation with a strong, hands-on delivery mindset
- You have a solid background in AI/ML, with practical experience in software development (proficiency with at least one programming language) and SQL
- You have successfully deployed AI solutions in enterprise environments, not just designed them
- You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy getting into the details
- You can clearly translate technical concepts into tangible business value
- You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and actively driving change
- You combine strategic thinking with a strong "doer" attitude, taking ownership from idea to production
