CMS & CRM Experience
-
Design and optimise experiences within CMS platforms (e.g. HubSpot)

Collaborate with CRM teams to improve UX across Salesforce-powered journeys

Support lead capture, onboarding, account management, and self-service experiences

Ensure consistency across marketing, product, and customer touchpoints
Data-Driven Customer Experience

Use customer data, analytics, and behavioural insights to inform design decisions

Partner with data and CRM teams to understand funnels, drop-offs, and usage patterns
-
Support experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous UX optimisation

Ensure UX solutions align with tracking, reporting, and data requirements
Collaboration & Delivery

Work closely with customer experience & retention managers throughout discovery and delivery

Translate complex requirements into clear, user-centred design solutions

Support implementation with detailed design specs and QA in close collaboration with marketing automation

Participate in agile delivery processes

Requirements
Do you have experience in UX?, * 3-6 years of UX/UI design experience
- Proven experience working on B2B software or digital products
- Hands-on experience designing complex, multi-step workflows
- Practical experience with CMS platforms such as HubSpot
- Exposure to CRM systems such as Salesforce in a customer or lifecycle context
Skills
- Strong UX fundamentals: interaction design, information architecture, user flows
- Solid visual and UI design capability
- Proficiency with Figma (or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of data-informed design and digital analytics
- Comfortable working with cross-functional B2B product teams
Nice to have
- Experience designing dashboards, admin tools, or customer portals
- Familiarity with marketing automation or lifecycle tools
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based B2B environments
