Job description

KWS Berlin GmbH is seeking an experienced HR Analytics Expert in HR Systems and Data Management (m/f/d) to join our Global Human Resources Expert Hub Systems & Data Management team. This role is pivotal in driving strategic HR analytics initiatives, ensuring data governance, and delivering advanced reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role is full-time and permanent., * Strategic HR Analytics: Develop and implement a global HR analytics strategy aligned with business objectives. Drive predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives and translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Data Governance & Quality: Establish and maintain HR data governance frameworks. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance (including GDPR). Define and monitor key HR KPIs.
  • Advanced Reporting & Visualization: Design and deliver interactive dashboards and reports using modern BI tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud). Provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with HR Business Partners, Expert Hubs, Global Business Operations, Finance, and IT. Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR data trends.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to adopt emerging technologies such as machine learning and AI. Benchmark internal practices against industry standards.
  • HRIS & Data Management: Contribute expert knowledge in mass data processing and HRIS concept creation. Ensure proper translation of concepts into technical systems and data processes.
  • Support for Decision Making: Implement HR metrics to determine workforce efficiency and impact. Provide regular and ad-hoc data analysis and trend statistics.
  • Technical Connection: Support the technical connection between HR and Controlling.
  • Global Workforce Data Analysis: Compile and analyze workforce data globally, providing insights and recommendations for personnel decisions.
  • HR Controlling Support: Assist Global Business Operations in HR Controlling aspects, including quarterly and year-end closing operations, sustainability reporting, and audits.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Science, Organizational Management, or related field.
  • Professional experience in HR Analytics, data management, or business intelligence.
  • Strong knowledge of project management, data governance, and GDPR compliance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Over 5 years of experience in HR systems development and implementation, preferably SAP and/or Microsoft-based projects.
  • Experience with HR KPIs, data visualization, and Predictive Analytics.
  • Strong IT affinity and familiarity with SAP Applications (SAP-HCM, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, Analytics Cloud, Business Warehouse, SuccessFactors).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solution-oriented and able to work successfully in a project-based environment.
