Product Owner - EV Charging

• Collaborate with the ART steering team to define PI goals and features to be implemented.
• Create, prioritize, plan and track the PI backlog
• Understand PI goals and define DORs, DODs and Acceptance Criteria for team's stories.
• Address team impediments and/or escalate them to the ART steering team if necessary
• Propose improvements (process, functional, technical…etc) and address gaps to improve customer value and work product quality
• Inspect the work products and approve deliveries.
• Understand and manage escalations from the customer and the team and identify solutions

Do you have experience in Software testing?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Good experience as a Product Owner, or Technical Lead, in the Automotive ASW domain, ideally for ePowertrain with experience in Charging Domain/Process and Charging Standards (CHAdeMO, GB/T, ChaoJi).

• System and Software Requirement understanding and very good experience with Software requirements elicitation and analysis (SWE.1).
• Good experience with SW architecture (SWE.2)
• Very good experience in MBD ASW development (Matlab Simulink and Stateflow, Targetlink, TPT)
• Medium experience (hands-on or minimum as a reviewer) in SW testing activities (SWE.4-6)
• Very good understanding of Automotive standards & guidelines (ASPICE, AUTOSAR, MAAB, MISRA…etc) - EV Charging standards & ISO26262 are a plus
• Experience working in an Agile/SAFE framework, with good understanding of Agile/SAFE roles, processes & terminology (PO training/certification is a plus)
• Very good customer satisfaction & value maximization skills
• Very good communication, information analysis, critical thinking & decision-making skills
• Good experience working in a flexible and dynamic framework
• Qualifications: Masters/Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
