Execute on effective technical discovery to understand potential clients' needs, challenges, and desired outcomes in collaboration with Account Executives.

Contribute to effectively identifying, qualifying, and disqualifying opportunities where Mistral solutions can unlock the most value for the customer.

On the project, Influence evaluation criteria and gain control of evaluations and the evaluation process

Create a strategic vision for the customer on the project, based on a deep understanding of their strategy, desired positive business outcomes, and required capabilities.
Product deployment
-
Guide and support customers in deploying our models and products into their infrastructure.

Work closely with customers to deploy relevant solutions according to their specific requirements.

Regularly liaise with the product and technical teams to relay feedback and suggest improvements.

Develop custom features for customers as needed.
Customer Onboarding

Responsible for onboarding customers on our products, providing guidance on deployment and integration
-
Ensuring the best production setup from the low-level GPU stack, up to infrastructure, back-end and front-end interfaces
Project management
-
Define and track success metrics of the POC being rolled out at customers.

Operate as a program leader, leveraging internal Mistral teams (Applied Engineers) as well as teams on the customer side to make sure project moves forward.
Requirements

You hold a degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, etc.)

You have experience working as a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer or Cloud Solution Architect

You're experienced with deploying and managing AI-based products in production environments

You are fluent in Python
-
You have experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), as well as CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools

You have a deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure

You have been involved in a customer facing role

You have strong project & stakeholder management skills

You have foundational knowledge in AI/ML/Data science

You have ability to connect technology and business value

You are result driven and resilient

Being familiar with sales qualification concepts is a strong plus
