Job description

As Data Integration Specialist, you play a key role in delivering and operating application and data integration solutions across Refresco. You work closely with internal experts and external partners to ensure reliable, scalable, and future-proof data exchange between systems. You will be part of an international team, operating at the intersection of business processes, ERP systems, and modern integration platforms., * Play a key role in delivering application integration projects

  • Work along with the SME , Data Integrations to plan & execute Refresco's Integration roadmap
  • Convert business requirements to business processes and technical designs
  • Coordinate & communicate with a vast network of external partners to manage their EDI & data exchange requests
  • Working alongside Process & ERP experts, you analyze business requirements related to data exchange, and offer possibilities to use the middleware platform to fulfil the interfacing requirements. The system configuration is your accountability;
  • Extend modern data integration capabilities based on REST APIs for data sharing
  • Manage day-to-day operations where you have an external support team with whom you will coordinate
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the performance & scaling of the middleware platform is always optimumOptimize our data integration process by creating & adhering to best practices for EDI & EAI with the aim of to making our middleware platform reliable and widely available

Requirements

Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Do you have experience with EDI, APIs, and enterprise integration in complex environments? Are you ready to help shape and execute an integration roadmap within a global organization? Would you like to be part of our committed and talented team in our Central IT team in Rotterdam?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • Strong knowledge of middleware technologies (such as Seeburger, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar)
  • Experience in client- or customer-facing roles, particularly in requirements analysis
  • Experience with large-scale, enterprise-wide integration initiatives
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, including:
  • Strong understanding of EDI concepts and standards (GS1 / EDIFACT, ANSI X12)
  • Experience with EDI mapping
  • Experience with Seeburger BIS & BIC is a plus
  • Experience with system integration technologies (RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, event brokers)
  • Solid background in enterprise integration within complex, distributed environments Experience with ERP integrations (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or comparable systems) is preferred
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English
