Front End Web App Developer

• Front end developer on StaffSavvy
• Implement new design using Web Awesome components throughout
• Continue to improve UX experience and new features
• Expo-based app development
• Provide second-line client support

Do you have experience in jQuery?, We're looking for someone with the skills and passion to rapidly implement a new UX design and then continue to improve our user experience.

Real-world experience working with the following languages and frameworks is required:

• HTML/CSS/JavaScript (7+ years)
• jQuery (7+ years)
• Web Awesome (previously Shoelace) & Font Awesome
• Medium level PHP knowledge
• Basic Expo-based app development

The role is work-anywhere and flexible. We have a daily call at 9am which we expect you to attend on the days you are working. You must have a reliable internet and a dedicated, quiet workspace free from other people and distractions. You will be asked to meet the wider team in person up to 4 times a year or attend trade shows which will require travel., * Be able to build responsive, accessible web apps

• Be able to implement into a custom PHP framework
• Build upon on existing Expo-based mobile app
• Be results-focused to ensure your efforts make a real difference to users
• Be happy handling sensitive information and have a clean DBS check
• Be happy to document your work where requested
• Be confident via written and verbal communication
• Be self-motivated
• Be able to set and meet your own deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively while maintaining regular communication with the team and customers.

We're a small dedicated team so you may be asked to help with other parts of the business from time to time including covering team member's holidays and absences.
