We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BDM to spearhead our efforts in winning new IT business. The successful candidate will have qualified appointment setters generating quality leads - however, our BDM must also be able to self-generate, run their own outreach, and book their own appointments to build a strong personal pipeline.
Flotek has experienced exceptional growth over the past 12 months, and with ambitious plans for 2026, our sales team will play a pivotal role in driving the next phase of our journey. Following the outstanding success of our New Business team, we're expanding further by increasing our BDE capacity and introducing dedicated IT BDM roles to support our rapidly accelerating IT strategy. It's an exciting time to join us - you'll be part of a high performing, fast-growing team that's central to achieving our long-term vision.
Responsibilities
· New Business Acquisition: Lead the charge in identifying and securing new business vertical opportunities, focusing on IT opportunities.
· Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
· Forecasting and Reporting: Take ownership of forecasting responsibilities by providing regular updates to the management team on sales performance and planned activities. Ensure all reporting is clear, timely, and data-driven, supporting strategic decisions and maximising return on investment through a structured and consistent approach.
· Contract Negotiation: Spearhead complex deal structures and negotiate contracts that are beneficial to both the customer and our business.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Sales?, * Experienced in working within IT services, IT support, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, or MSP environments.
- Proven track record in new business development, within the IT sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Build and maintain client relationships, from first conversation through to signed agreement.
- Skilled in IT-focused contract negotiation, handling complex commercial structures confidently.
- Highly disciplined in pipeline management, CRM usage, and accurate forecasting/reporting for IT sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of IT terminology, infrastructure basics, cloud services, cybersecurity considerations, and how these map to business outcomes.
- Comfortable collaborating with IT engineers, technical consultants, and service teams to ensure solution accuracy.
- Target-driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced IT services environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Due to the nature of the role the company will not be able to offer sponsorship or relocation assistance so candidates must already reside in the UK.

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
