Job description

This is not a "ticket factory" role. We are looking for a Product-minded Engineer to join us as a core member of our team and help us define and build the foundations of our investment platform. You will have real influence over how things are done and plenty of room to challenge ideas, propose better solutions and leave a lasting mark on the product and the engineering culture.

  • Build and own major parts of our customer-facing mobile application
  • Work closely with product managers, designers and other engineers to ship things users actually want
  • Make pragmatic technical decisions together with the CTO (tooling, architecture, delivery practices)
  • Develop high-performance, production-grade applications and improve existing systems over time
  • Take end-to-end ownership: from implementation to release and monitoring in production
  • Review code and help set quality standards as the team grows

Requirements

Do you have experience in IT?, * 5+ years of professional mobile development experience

  • Experience with Dart / Flutter is a very strong plus, but not a must
  • Experience in product-focused application development
  • You have a solid command of written and spoken English, which you use to communicate clearly and succinctly with other members of the team. You are comfortable writing reports and documentation.
  • An understanding of the investment world is great, but it's not required. A willingness to learn about it is a must, though!
