Founding Engineer

• Architect and build the core platform, including backend services, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines
• Design secure, scalable, and reliable systems suitable for real-world operational environments
• Lead integrations with external systems and support early data onboarding
• Set up observability, monitoring, logging, and performance tooling
• Establish engineering standards, documentation, and development workflows from scratch
• Remain fully hands-on, contributing code across the stack and solving production issues when needed

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, * 5+ years of professional software engineering experience

• Strong background in backend or full-stack development with an architecture-first mindset
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Solid understanding of system design, APIs, secure infrastructure, and data flows
• Proven experience building products or platforms from 0 * 1
• Ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and clearly communicate trade-offs
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, or similar modern languages
• Familiarity with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, Node.js, or Rails
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and database design
