UI/UX Designer

We're supporting a new digital bank build and looking for a UI/UX Designer who can take ownership of design execution from day one. You'll join a high-performing product and engineering environment where the design system already exists in Figma, now we need someone who can bring it to life across new screens, flows and journeys. What you'll be doing

• Designing end-to-end user journeys for new banking features.
• Building polished Figma screens using the existing design system.
• Ensuring consistency, accessibility and usability across all interfaces.
• Working closely with product, engineering and compliance teams.
• Acting as a self-starter who can make decisions, push work forward and shape design standards.

• Proven experience designing for digital banking, fintech, or similar regulated environments.
• Advanced Figma capability (components, auto-layout, variants, tokens, prototyping).
• A portfolio showing complex product design, not just UI visuals.
• Someone comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving greenfield build.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
