Requirements

Do you have experience in Python?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Janua Hortorum Ltd. (JHL) are a small, friendly IT consultancy based in North Leeds, specialising in producing bespoke software solutions for a range of customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated developer to join our team.

If you have at least 6 months of commercial experience and are ready to move to a more challenging role, taking on greater responsibility and independence, then this opportunity could be for you. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of systems across a range of industries, taking control and responsibility for technology choices, design and implementation, as well as assisting in the development of on-going projects. You will be encouraged and supported to broaden your skillset and explore new technologies, and time will be made for this during work hours.

We strive to maintain a strong work/life balance. Our working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and working outside of those hours is strongly discouraged.

You do not need to be an expert in all of these, but at least some experience and a willingness to learn are necessary.
