Job description
- You will be responsible for all aspects of our automation capabilities.
- Embed and enhance open-source and commercial tooling for use internally to deliver enhanced capabilities to our customers.
- Understand and strive to deliver an Infrastructure as Code strategy.
- Assist with the definition of technical requirements for future capabilities.
- Provide technical support, mentoring and fault resolution to our support teams.
- Leverage and analyse operational data to inform decision making and support our service owners.
Requirements
- Production experience working with Broadcom/VMware technologies in highly available enterprise scale environments.
- Working knowledge and some hands-on experience with automation tooling and scripting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft and LINUX Operating Systems and TCP/IP networking.
- Strong understanding of networks and protocols and network security.
It would be great if you had:
- Hybrid and multi-cloud experience with Azure, AWS or OCI
- Ansible, Terraform, Aria automation tooling
- Container technologies (Kubernetes, Tanzu)
