  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with product requirements and brand guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain component libraries and design systems using Storybook to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design consistency across the platform.
  • Optimize user flows and interactions for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
  • Work with product and architecture teams to ensure designs meet business goals, technical constraints, and compliance standards.
  • Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and advocate for best UX practices.

Requirements

Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, University degree in computer science or related field. Or equivalent work experience. Experience 3-5 years Overview We are seeking a UX Expert with strong experience in designing and implementing user-centric interfaces using React, Tailwind CSS, and Next.js. The position focuses on creating intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing experiences for complex web applications, ensuring consistency through design systems and Storybook. You will collaborate closely with product and development teams to translate business requirements into seamless user journeys, optimizing usability and performance across the platform., * 3-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design for web applications.

  • Strong expertise in modern front-end frameworks, especially React, Tailwind CSS, and Next.js.
  • Proficiency in CSS3 and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with Storybook for component documentation and design system management.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting analytics to improve UX.
  • High level of English, spoken and written.

Preferred / Optional Qualifications

  • Familiarity with front-end development workflows and ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and reusable components.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization and SEO best practices in Next.js.
  • Understanding of financial services or complex transactional platforms (a plus).
  • Experience with CI/CD environments and version control tools (e.g., Git) for design handoff.
