Expert Product Owner

• Work within the agile process and is the final authority for decisions regarding priority, business value, and functionality for all the work done by the agile development team.
• Supervise several business analysts.
• Possess an in-depth knowledge of goals and desired objectives of the project.
• Interact and validate requirements with the business
• Propose solutions by combining IT tools and business process refactoring or improvements based on an in depth understanding of a specific business domain (see skills).
• Create, maintains, prioritizes, and sequences the product backlog based on business value or return of investment.
• Create user stories and acceptance tests from themes and features granular enough for a single sprint.
• Involved in the decision-making process related to user stories scheduling into sprints.
• Participate in project planning, daily stand-up meetings (SCRUM).
• Participate to retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings.
• Review deliverable and demonstrable product version/software functionalities after every sprint.
• Organize live demonstration of the product at the end of the sprint.
• Facilitate the acceptance of the product by the business.
• Develop and maintains standards for testing.
• Provide progress reporting.
• Assist with internal and external communication by improving of transparency and dissemination of information.
• Assist with prioritization and resolution of defects / bugs.
• May perform the role of Scrum master.

• Master's degree & 8 years of experience in IT (non-overlapping with studies).
• Hold the following certifications:

• Certified SAFe 6 Agilist
• Professional Scrum Product Owner I
• Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I)
• Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC)

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Knowledge of request for quotation, submission and evaluation, awarding business processes for Procurement
• Experience with contract financial and operational preparation, signature, amendment and execution
• Experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user and technologies Information Systems.
• Experience in Agile environments and good knowledge of agile toolbox (i.e. JIRA, Confluence, BigPicture, Gliffy, Balsamiq, etc.).
• Ability to give business and technical presentations.
• Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Capability to write clear and structured technical documents.
• Proficiency in English language at a C1 level.
