Job description
- Analyse, design, and automate data streams for APQR processes
- Collaborate closely with Quality, IT, and global teams (including colleagues in Canada)
- Act as the business interface for APQR automation initiatives
- Drive requirement gathering, documentation, and process improvements
- Ensure end-to-end alignment with GMP, compliance, and data integrity standards
- Support integration and optimization of data across multiple systems
Requirements
Our client in the pharmaceutical sector is looking for an experienced APQR Automation Business Analyst to support the automation and optimization of data flows within the Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) process. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in the Pharma industry, deep understanding of regulated environments, and hands-on expertise in relevant digital systems., * 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Strong background in business analysis within regulated environments

Single LIMS or comparable LIMS systems
Experience in digitalisation/automation of quality or manufacturing processes
Excellent English communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience specifically in APQR or product quality review processes
- Previous project work in global or multi-site Pharma organizations
- German is a plus
