IT System Administrator

In this responsible position, you will take on the overall management and further development of the IT landscape at our Romanian site and act as the central interface between the local team and the headquarters in Lippstadt.

• Primary responsibility for administration, support, and continuous development of IT systems at the Romanian site
• Regular travel to Romania for on-site operational support, implementation of IT projects, and close coordination with local teams and external IT service providers
• Support for the Lippstadt site only if there are no prioritized tasks for the Romanian site or if additional capacity is required.
• Processing of all incidents, service requests, and changes for both locations via the central ticket system with clear prioritization
• Maintenance, updating, and further development of system, network, and process documentation for both locations

Do you have experience in Windows Remote Desktop?, For this position, we are looking for a technically skilled and travel-friendly individual who combines technical expertise with a sense of responsibility and international commitment.

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or, alternatively, a comparable completed training or a completed degree in the IT field
• Willingness to travel, especially for regular assignments at the Romanian site
• Solid practical experience in working with Microsoft client operating systems
• Very good user knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Microsoft 365)
• Experience in operating, administering, and supporting terminal server environments (e.g., Remote Desktop Services)
• Experience in setting up IT network structures
