Requirements

Do you have experience in VMware?, We are looking for a skilled engineer with solid experience in software COTS-based systems, ideally within the space domain. The ideal candidate can design modern software architectures using COTS and open-source components while ensuring compliance with functional and cyber-security requirements., * Experience with systems or solutions based on SW COTS, preferably in the space domain.

  • Experience working with common COTS solutions such as Linux enterprise distributions, Oracle/PostgreSQL databases, virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware), or vulnerability assessment tools.

  • Awareness of COTS market trends and vulnerability databases.

  • Strong understanding of cyber-security compliance, including critical analysis and deviation management.

  • Hands-on experience with Linux system administration.

  • Database administration skills (Oracle / PostgreSQL).

  • Professional fluency in English.

  • Optional / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience using Nessus or other vulnerability scanning tools.

  • Networking skills (switch and firewall configuration).

  • Experience in systems engineering, including requirements management good practices.

  • Previous experience in space projects, ground segment systems, or related equipment.
