Flutter programmer - Part Time

We're a growing startup looking for a part-time Flutter developer to help us keep momentum going during evening hours.

You'll step in after our India-based team checks in their daily code, take ownership of debugging, refinements, and last-mile changes, and help keep things production-ready.

If you enjoy jumping into existing code, fixing real issues, and shipping improvements without endless meetings - this one's for you.

Time Commitment

• 3-4 hours per day
• Evening availability required (to align with offshore team handoff)
• Fully remote

What you'll do

• Review and take over code after daily handoff from the Indian dev team
• Debug Flutter applications and resolve issues efficiently
• Make updates, fixes, and improvements based on evolving requirements
• Work with backend services and databases
• Create, test, and maintain REST APIs
• Use Postman for API testing and troubleshooting
• Communicate clearly with a distributed team (mostly async)

Do you have experience in UI prototyping?, You should be comfortable with:

• Flutter (strong hands-on experience)
• Java
• MongoDB
• REST APIs (creating + consuming)
• Postman
• Debugging and improving existing codebases

Nice to have:

• Experience working with offshore or distributed teams
• Startup experience or comfort with fast-changing requirements
