SAP Analyst

The SAP Functional Analyst supports the evolution and integration of the SAP solution while providing ongoing support for the existing system. The role involves troubleshooting existing integrations and providing technical support to SAP users. The analyst works closely with users across all departments to assist with daily requests and to implement improvement projects related to the SAP platform.

As a SAP Analyst, you must be able to:

• Analyze requests for enhancements and changes, evaluate potential solutions, impacts, and technological challenges, produce functional requirements (forms, data, interfaces, reports), and provide the necessary support;
• Perform required SAP configuration adjustments and oversee related testing as needed;
• Participate in the preparation of training documentation and deliver user training;
• Translate business, operational, and functional requirements to development teams;
• Support manufacturing system users and contribute to data analysis;
• Coordinate work with the development team; build and execute unit tests;
• Support users in defining their needs and guide them toward appropriate modules and functionalities;
• Investigate production system issues or incidents, analyze them, and resolve them;
• Provide strong functional and technical support during deployment phases;
• Perform any other related duties.

Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Business Technology Management), Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant experience;

• SAP training.
• Two to five years of relevant experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Knowledge of ERP software, ideally SAP S/4HANA;
• Bilingual (French/English), both spoken and written;
• Autonomous and well-organized;
• Strong customer-service mindset and business-oriented vision;
• Strong analytical, incident resolution, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment;
• Experience in a manufacturing company (asset);
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
