Job description
- Administer, monitor, and support enterprise infrastructure systems
- Support and maintain enterprise storage platforms (e.g., NetApp, Pure, EMC)
- Perform operating system, application, and infrastructure patching (Windows, Linux, ESXi, storage systems)
- Remediate vulnerabilities, resolve failed patches, and provide status reporting
- Execute scheduled weekend maintenance and operational tasks
- Monitor systems and respond to alerts and incidents during assigned coverage periods
- Coordinate handoffs between weekend and weekday support teams
- Work with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and platform issues
- Assist with capacity planning and resource utilization
- Maintain and update operational documentation and procedures
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience administering Windows Server and/or Linux systems

Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware and/or Hyper-V)

Experience supporting production infrastructure environments

Ability to follow structured operational procedures and maintenance schedules

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and reliably during off-hours and weekends

Experience with enterprise storage platforms (NetApp, Pure, EMC, etc.)

Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana or Zabbix

Basic scripting or automation experience (PowerShell or Ansible)

ITIL Foundation knowledge

Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
