Job description
The Head of ComOps AI & Data is responsible for defining and executing the business strategy for ComOps Data & AI, ensuring that data and AI initiatives deliver measurable business value across the organization. . This role will lead the development of scalable business models leveraging data-driven insights, AI-powered solutions, and governance frameworks to accelerate digital transformation and optimize commercial operations. The position ensures data-driven decision-making, compliance, and fosters a culture of innovation through advanced analytics and AI adoption.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY JOB
- Define and own the business vision for ComOps Data & AI, positioning it as a strategic enabler for commercial growth and operational excellence.
- Prioritize and validate AI and data use cases based on business impact, feasibility, and alignment with corporate objectives
- Establish governance frameworks and business standards for data usage, ensuring compliance and ethical AI practices.
- Collaborate closely with all ComOps departments and functions and make sure that business requirements are met.
- Ensuring that the AI & Data Strategy is adopted to the functional strategies of the ComOps Departments
- Drive portfolio management for AI and Data initiatives, ensuring prioritization based on measurable business outcomes.
- Promote data literacy and adoption across commercial functions, creating a culture of data-driven decision-making.Ensure cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Service, and Logistics to integrate AI and data capabilities into business processes. Stakeholder management of all ComOps departments and functions to ensure that the ComOps Data & AI Hub is seen as the center of excellence across ComOps

- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
