Job description
We're supporting a leading healthcare organisation in Warrington as they continue to expand their tech team. They're looking for talented .NET Developers who want to play a key role in improving and modernising critical internal systems that directly impact patient care and operational performance.

What You'll Be Working On
- Building and enhancing web applications using .NET and .NET Core
- Developing modern, responsive front-end features with React
- Contributing to system improvements, new features, and product enhancements
- Collaborating with developers, testers, and wider stakeholders
- Supporting testing activities and identifying issues early in the development lifecycle
- Taking responsibility for your work and contributing ideas to the team
Requirements
- Strong .NET and .NET Core development skills
- Front-end experience with React
- Solid experience in a web development role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a .NET Developer
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Angular
- Exposure to monolithic systems or modernisation projects
- Ability to start immediately or within 1 month (February start preferred)
Day 1 Expectations
- Confidently pick up project work with minimal handholding
- Work effectively with the existing development team and integrate quickly
- Take ownership of your work, including catching issues during testing
- Potential to grow into a mentoring role for junior developers.
