We're looking for a dynamic Product Owner to lead the evolution of our Rating Enrichments suite within our Pricing Transformation programme. This role is pivotal in enabling our Pricing team to seamlessly incorporate new insights, ensuring we set the right prices with accurate data. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Ensure the product delivers real value to customers and internal stakeholders
- Drive improvements, system consolidations and support activities for enhanced capability
- Collaborate with engineering, data, pricing, underwriting and customer experience teams
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog based on current needs and priorities, Scope of product may evolve based on business requirements.
- Set clear acceptance criteria and approve deliverables to ensure quality and value
- Lead high-quality, reliable product releases that meet standards and expectations
- Support data quality, privacy, compliance and third-party contract management
Requirements
Do you have experience in Underwriting?, * Proven experience in Product Ownership or Management within digital/tech-enabled insurance or data-driven environments
- Strong understanding of data ingestion, integration and API ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with data models, data governance, privacy and quality assurance
- Successful track record delivering digital products using Agile (Scrum/SAFe) methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), SQL/NoSQL data stores and data lake concepts
- Experience managing vendor relationships, SLAs and external data integrations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to align diverse teams around shared goals
- Knowledge of rating, pricing logic and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA)
