Lead Technical Program Manager

You'll collaborate with engineering, architecture, and business teams, championing a culture of continuous improvement and leveraging the latest in data and emerging technologies to shape our transformation journey for our surveillance product in Compliance Technology., * Manage the end-to-end delivery of a multi-year technology program, ensuring timely, on-budget execution and alignment with strategic objectives.

• Partner with engineering, data, product, and business teams to execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Build and sustain robust governance framework and portfolio management standards.
• Harness data analytics and insights to prioritize and measure impact.
• Accelerate operational excellence and innovation through continuous improvement and adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders and senior leadership, delivering concise updates and actionable recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Proactively manage risks, driving mitigation and contingency planning across all program activities.

• Demonstrated success in program management, leading large-scale technology or transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira), and digital transformation.
