Job description

The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members to analyse data, support reporting, and help drive insight-led decision-making across the business., · Perform routine and ad-hoc statistical analysis.

· Support senior team members on new and ongoing projects by producing analysis and documentation as required.

· Explore, analyse, and interpret available data to support future initiatives and business decisions.

· Summarise and present data insights clearly to a range of stakeholders.

· Identify new internal and external data sources to enhance business intelligence and reporting capability.

· Assist in storytelling with data for presentations and reports.

· Provide accurate operational data to teams across the business.

· Carry out data extractions, transformations, uploads, and downloads.

· Monitor, maintain, and report on key company KPIs.

· Manipulate and manage data within Excel (formatting, cleaning, adding/removing data and tables).

· Support the standardisation of reporting across the Group where possible.

· Collect and consolidate data from multiple internal and external systems.

· Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and performance reports.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Excel?, Believe Money Group is seeking a Data Analyst to support the delivery of Management Information (MI), data analysis, and reporting across all areas of the Group. This is a key role offering variety and development, ideal for a candidate with strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within a data-driven environment., · Strong numerical orientation, with abilities in Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs and similar functions).

· Ability to manipulate and manage datasets effectively.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation.

· Strong data visualisation skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Desirable (Nice-to-Have) Skills

· Experience supporting performance dashboards and MI reporting.

· Exposure to data visualisation or BI tools.

· Experience working with multiple data sources or systems.
