Job description
We're looking for a confident and commercially minded Product Owner to help shape and evolve customer self-service experiences across our digital channels. You'll take ownership of a key product area, working closely with a dedicated delivery squad and a wide range of stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and the business.

This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in an agile environment, and is motivated by improving customer journeys through smart, well-prioritised digital solutions., * Own and manage a digital self-service product area across customer-facing channels, including app and web
- Lead and prioritise the product backlog, translating customer and business needs into clear, valuable outcomes
- Act as the subject-matter expert for your product area, providing direction and clarity to your delivery squad
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Digital, Technology and the wider business to shape roadmaps and priorities
- Monitor performance using agreed measures, using insight to drive continuous improvement
- Support delivery through agile ceremonies, testing, and go-live readiness
Requirements
Do you have experience in Communication skills?, * Proven capability as a Product Owner, owning a backlog and working day-to-day with a delivery squad
- Strong experience delivering customer-facing digital products or platforms
- Confidence working independently, making prioritisation decisions and balancing multiple demands
- A customer-centred mindset, with a track record of reducing friction and improving self-service journeys
- Clear communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
- Comfort working in agile environments, using product and backlog management tools
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with identity and access management or secure login journeys
- A technical background or strong technical understanding, enabling effective collaboration with engineers
