Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior OneStream Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and enhancement of our OneStream platform. You will collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and smooth financial operations. You will also play a key role in assisting with system-related projects, including configuration, testing, implementation tasks and project planning. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational technical skills and a passion for financial systems to grow their career in EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) technology., System Administration & Support:

  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including user management, security configurations, and access control.
  • Assist in OneStream environment monitoring to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic system issues and escalate complex issues to senior administrators or support teams.

Data Management & Integrity:

  • Support data loads, integrations, and data validation processes.
  • Assist in ensuring data quality and accuracy through reconciliation and validation processes.
  • Monitor data imports/exports and assist with error resolution.

Project Support:

  • Collaborate with project teams on OneStream-related initiatives, such as new feature implementations, system upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Assist with testing, configuration, and documentation for new functionalities.
  • Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to solution design discussions.
  • Help ensure project deadlines and milestones are met through task execution and follow-ups.

Configuration & Maintenance:

  • Assist with building and maintaining business rules, workflows, and metadata in OneStream.
  • Support the configuration of dimensions, hierarchies, and financial models.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Visual Basic?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 1-2 years of experience in OneStream administration or a similar EPM/CPM tool (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, Planful, Tagetik).

  • Basic understanding of finance, accounting, or financial reporting processes.
  • Hands-on experience with data imports, transformations, and basic scripting (VB.NET or SQL) is a plus.
  • Exposure to project management work or collaborating on system implementations is desirable.
  • Familiarity with OneStream platform administration.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel, including functions and data manipulation.
  • Experience with financial data integration and validation is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to contribute to project teams and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • OneStream certification or willingness to obtain it (preferred).
  • Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Exposure to financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.
  • Familiarity with financial consolidation and reporting.
  • Experience with ETL tools, data warehousing, or basic scripting.
