• Strong experience with Zscaler
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and automation tools
• Knowledge of AWS / Azure and network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, VPN, IPsec/GRE)
• Hands-on experience with SWG, NGFW, Reverse Proxy, SSO/MFA
• Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems like Entra ID, ADFS
• Agile, DevOps, Lean, and ITIL best practices
• Strong communication skills in English
