This role is for someone who combines deep technical knowledge with business acumen, converting vision into robust & scalable architectures. In this role, you will:
- You'll play a key role in shaping smart factory solutions that make a real difference.
- You will work on high-impact projects across industries such as manufacturing and energy.
- Act as a trusted partner, communicating complex concepts clearly and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end projects: from roadmap definition to implementation and adoption.
- Engage in diverse projects across engineering and manufacturing both locally and worldwide.
- Lead innovation initiatives, identifying opportunities and shaping solutions that create real business value, * Leading development initiatives for modular, scalable architectural solutions in manufacturing.
- Driving AI-Native Manufacturing Transformation Contribute to projects that embed AI from inception into product engineering and manufacturing processes, leveraging digital twins and next-gen automation to bridge IT-OT gaps.
- Help clients through scalable smart factory programs by implementing closed-loop operations, IT-OT convergence, and digital continuity. Position organizations among the top 14% that succeed at scale, driving efficiency, quality, and time-to-market improvements.
- Work within a recognized Industry 4.0 leader (Everest Group PEAK Matrix 2025) to deliver solutions powered by digital twins, intelligent edge platforms, and smart factory frameworks.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, * Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude and proactive approach.
- Architectural expertise in enterprise and solution design for (OT) operational technology.
- Strong knowledge of data platforms, analytics, and cloud technologies.
- Ability to translate technical complexity into business impact for senior decision-makers.
