Job description

  • Play a key role in expanding one of the largest ServiceNow installations in Europe.
  • Work within a collaborative delivery team to design, develop, and implement new features and improvements across various ServiceNow modules.
  • Deliver high-quality configuration and functionality, knowing when to escalate issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and carry out peer reviews.
  • Act as a subject matter expert within specialist areas.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members.
  • Contribute to an Agile, fast-paced environment and find solutions to problems.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience with any module within ServiceNow.
  • Track record of delivering value through implementation of new or enhanced functionality in a large organization within a ServiceNow context.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both as part of a team and independently.
  • Leadership skills and ability to take responsibility for areas of the platform.
  • Initiative in tackling issues and providing potential solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of IT methodologies such as Agile.
  • Qualified ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is required.
