• Solid, hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Comfortable operating at a senior-capable level within a delivery-focused team
• Inquisitive with a willingness to ask questions and contribute ideas
• Ability to collaborate closely with other engineers, product, and design
• Experience with React is useful, but backend experience is the priority
• Open to different strengths such as delivery, system thinking, mentoring, or continuous improvement
