Where will you be working?

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for routing design, validation, and circuit production for SDH/PDH telecommunication services across major client Optical Transmission Networks. These services range from 64Kb to 2Mb, including Ethernet over SDH, following detailed routing specifications. Working within a supportive, growth-focused team, you will also provide 2nd and 3rd line network engineering support at customer sites. This includes managing complex technical incidents, maintaining clear communication with specialist engineers and client personnel, and ensuring SLA compliance. You will also be expected to follow contract governance processes and consistently prioritise site health, safety, and operational standards.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council Registration, Nursing and Midwifery Council license?, Do you have experience in Root cause analysis?, You'll bring extensive operational experience, ideally within complex technology delivery, along with strong technical knowledge of network transmission systems such as Ericsson OMS and ABB Fox. You should have hands-on experience with NMC/NMS environments and a solid understanding of SDH/PDH, MPLS, and DWDM technologies. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills are essential. You will conduct root-cause analysis for major incidents, contribute to SLA and performance metrics, and participate in a rotational on-call schedule as part of the team.
