Lead IT Project Engineer

• Deal with P1 escalations to assist the support teams
• Handle project work including build, setup, configuration, and installation of hardware, software, and solutions
• Manage the customer audit and onboarding process
• Serve as primary product owner of platforms
• Maintain and support client environments (Windows Server, ADDS, M365, Networking)
• Investigate latest MSP service desk trends, solutions, and workflows and attend MSP roadshows
• Lead and contribute to key projects, including system integrations, automation, and development of self-service capabilities

• 4+ years experience in a MSP environment
• Proven progression and experience in IT support
• Required experience with RMM and PSA systems
• Strong Microsoft 365 experience (Exchange, SharePoint, Intune)
• Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (MacOS and Linux ideal)
• Good networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, VLANs, UniFi or similar)
• Comfortable working independently and visiting customer sites on your own
• Well-organised and methodical with the ability to handle projects as well as support tickets
• A safe and private home office setup
• UK Driving License and own Vehicle (required)
