Lead Full Stack Engineer

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of full stack applications, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Manage and mentor a small team of developers, supporting their growth and ensuring technical standards are upheld.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, code reviews, and release management.
• Implement integrations with Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and Graph API.
• Contribute to DevOps practices using Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git for automated, reliable deployments.

• Strong .NET development experience using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API
• Front-end development expertise with React (preferred), Angular, or jQuery
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online, including SPFx and custom solutions
• Microsoft Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Integration experience with Microsoft 365 services
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Azure DevOps, Git)
• Full stack experience with modern back-end technologies (Node.js, Java, Python)
• SQL and NoSQL database experience and RESTful API integration
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
• Proven experience leading developers and delivering secure, high-quality applications in Agile environments
• Desirable: Experience with Dataverse, Jira, or Azure Boards
• Desirable: Familiarity with enterprise-scale business applications
