Job description
As a Project Manager, you will lead IT projects for our clients in diverse sectors (public sector, manufacturing, etc.), ensuring successful delivery of solutions that meet quality, cost, and timeline expectations. You will be the key point of coordination between stakeholders, internal teams, and external suppliers. Your mission will include:
- Organizing, planning and coordinating all phases of the project, from initiation to deployment; defining and maintaining the project schedule, budget, workload and required resources;
- Steering project delivery while ensuring compliance with cost, timeline, quality and business requirements;
- Proposing and implementing a governance framework involving all stakeholders; Leading project committees, steering meetings and workshops;
- Overseeing the definition of business needs (together with business analysts / IT stakeholders); ensuring the creation of functional specifications and the requirements documentation;
- Supervising and orchestrating the work of developers, integrators, architects and analysts;
- Identifying risks, proposing mitigation plans and monitoring corrective actions.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Risk management?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent (required), and 8+ years of senior-level IT project management experience in complex environments;
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile, iterative, V-model, outsourcing, Hermes;
- Ability to structure a project including planning, workload estimation, budget, risk management; knowledge of IT environments (integration, architecture, data, CRM, etc. depending on the project)
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills, including proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary, multicultural environments;
- Fluency in English and French (required).
