Senior Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist at SedAI, you will play a key role in turning data into insights, models, and intelligent systems that drive value across the organization. You will work cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to build data-driven solutions and develop machine learning models that solve complex real-world challenges in the global real estate industry., * Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities

• Design, develop, and validate predictive models and optimization algorithms for production use

• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to ensure scalable deployment of machine learning models

• Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to support product and business decisions

• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and data solutions

• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the data science environment, tools, and best practices

Do you have experience in Python?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a similar quantitative discipline

• 5+ years of experience in a data science or applied machine learning role

• Experience in data exploration, analysis, and visualization using Python, pandas, NumPy, SciPy, matplotlib, Seaborn, Jupyter Notebooks, and JupyterLab

• Hands-on experience with model development, particularly Bayesian or dependency networks for probabilistic programming, using libraries such as pgmpy, NetworkX, scikit-learn, TensorFlow Probability, or PyTorch

• Familiarity with model deployment frameworks such as Flask or Django

• Proficient in code management and collaboration tools like Git, GitHub, or similar

• Nice to have: Experience working with geospatial data tools such as GeoPandas or Folium

• Excellent problem-solving skills, business acumen, and strong communication abilities

• Ability to think critically and creatively in a dynamic environment and quickly learn new tools and domain knowledge

• A positive attitude and a growth mindset
