Full-Stack Developer

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to play a key role in evolving our network intelligence and management software for the telecommunications industry. You'll take ownership of complex features and services, influence architectural decisions, and help ensure the platform remains scalable, performant, and maintainable as it grows. o 5+ years of professional software development experience o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience o Strong expertise in Java and the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security o Experience with frontend development and UI architecture; hands-on experience with Angular is a plus o Strong understanding of RESTful design, HTTP, and distributed systems o Proven experience applying software architecture principles and design patterns o Deep experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) o Solid understanding of multithreading and concurrency o Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines o Strong analytical skills and a high degree of ownership o Advanced written and spoken English Nice to have o Experience with Spring WebFlux and reactive systems o Experience with Elasticsearch or other NoSQL / search technologies o Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures o Experience with performance tuning, profiling, and scalability techniques o Good understanding of networking fundamentals (Ethernet, TCP/IP)
