  • Triage customer issues both onsite and remotely, and find timely solutions
  • Ensure our customers succeed with RTI technology

  • 3+ years of experience in the Automotive industry
  • Solid understanding of operating system and networking fundamentals
  • Software development experience (via internships, university projects, open source projects, etc.) with C/C++, Java
  • 5+ years of development experience in safety platform, automotive ADAS/AD program or middleware
  • Experience in AUTOSAR AP/CP development
  • Excellent debugging skills in a wide variety of technologies, networking protocols, operating systems and programming languages
  • Interested in working directly with customers to ensure their success
  • Ability to work successfully in a highly distributed team
  • Must be able to travel (10-25%) to work with our customers onsite

Nice To Have

  • Experience in communication middleware, e.g., DDS, SOME/IP, etc.
  • Experience with TSN (Time-Sensitive Networking), Ethernet-based vehicle backbones, or Zonal Architectures
  • An understanding of functional safety concepts (ASIL, ISO 26262, safety mechanisms)

Benefits & conditions

  • Flexible working schedule
  • Remote working + Home Office Stipend to cover the costs of working from home
  • Flexible Paid Time Off + "Real Vacation Bonus," an additional bonus for taking more than 1-week of uninterrupted vacation
  • Annual bonus based on individual and company performance + other prizes and awards
