Implementation Consultant - Digital Adoption (German-speaking)

As an Implementation Consultant, you play a key role in ensuring that our customers successfully roll out and use Userlane. You work closely with our German-speaking customers, guiding them through the technical implementation and onboarding of our platform and supporting them throughout the customer journey., * Support the technical implementation and onboarding of Userlane for new and existing customers

• Configure the Userlane platform according to customer requirements, with guidance from senior team members
• Act as a technical contact for customers during implementation and ongoing usage
• Conduct enablement sessions for customers
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting via phone, email, or in-person
• Contribute ideas to improve internal processes and the overall customer experience

Do you have experience in SaaS?, This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical customer support, or consulting, who enjoys working hands-on with customers, solving technical challenges, and growing their expertise in a structured, supportive team environment., * 2-3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical customer support, consulting, or a similar role

• Solid understanding of software systems and a strong interest in technical problem-solving
• Comfortable working directly with customers and explaining technical topics in a clear, structured way
• Basic knowledge of HTML and an interest in authentication topics (SSO, SAML, 2FA); hands-on experience is a plus but not required
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or trainings
