• Build and ship full-stack features, including AI analysis visualisations and advanced workflows
• Design complex React components ensuring optimal performance under heavy data loads
• Enhance AI integration through improved candidate scoring and bias reduction
• Scale architecture by extending FastAPI services with a focus on performance and validation
• Collaborate closely with the leadership team and provide input on technical roadmap

• Strong experience with modern React (Hooks, Composition) and building data-heavy interfaces
• Proficient in Python, particularly with FastAPI and Pydantic
• Familiarity with async APIs and strong typing/validation
• Understanding of testing principles, including the Testing Pyramid (Pytest, Vitest, Cypress)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on user experience
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and cloud environments (GCP)
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis is a plus
• Ability to design and implement high-performance UI components
