Job description

  • Act as the hands-on technical Solution Architect for Dynamics 365
  • Own solution design, roadmap definition, and end-to-end delivery
  • Lead architecture across D365 Finance and D365 Field Service
  • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable D365 solutions
  • Drive design decisions through build, test, and deployment phases
  • Work closely with internal teams (IT, Product, Finance, Operations)
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors where required
  • Lead and participate in workshops with senior stakeholders
  • Ensure solutions align with D365 best practice, governance, and standards

  • Cloud, We are a large enterprise client seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to support a major D365 transformation programme. This is a hands-on technical role with a focus on solution design, roadmap ownership, and delivery leadership across core Dynamics 365 modules, particularly D365 Finance and D365 Field Service. Our team offers a genuinely hands-on architect role, competitive day rate outside IR35, and significant autonomy and influence on platform direction. The position is hybrid/remote, with the expectation to start as soon as possible.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect or Senior D365 Consultant
  • Strong hands-on technical delivery experience
  • Deep knowledge of D365 Finance
  • Deep knowledge of D365 Field Service
  • Experience driving roadmaps, solution design, and delivery ownership
  • Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Background in enterprise-scale D365 programmes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) knowledge (nice to have)
  • D365 Customer Engagement / Customer Service knowledge (nice to have)
  • D365 Sales knowledge (nice to have)
  • D365 Customer Voice integration experience (Azure, third-party systems) (nice to have)
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (nice to have)
