• Develop and document comprehensive technical architectures and designs for applications using Appian
• Lead application development projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and Agile methodologies
• Optimize and manage business processes to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate enterprise applications and services
• Customize and develop Appian solutions, including plugins and interfaces
• Design and implement Web Services, ensuring robust and scalable solutions
• Conduct system integration and configuration for application servers
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing applications to ensure peak performance
• Engage in business architecture tasks, capturing and decomposing business capabilities and requirements

• 12 years of experience in the IT industry, with 10 years specifically in Appian
• Certified Level 2 Appian Developer
• Minimum of 5 years in Technical Architecture, Application Development, Business Process Management, and/or Enterprise Application Integration (BPM tools)
• 3 years of experience defining and documenting architecture for technology implementations
• 3 years of experience in Enterprise Application Integration (SOA, ESB) and n-tier client-server architectures
• 4 years in software development lifecycle for large-scale business-critical applications using Agile methodologies
• 3 years of experience in Business Architecture, including identifying and decomposing business capabilities
• 4 years of experience in Business Process Modeling and Optimization
• 4 years of recent hands-on experience with Appian
• 3 years of experience developing Appian Plugins
• 4 years of experience designing and implementing SOAP and REST Web Services
• 4 years of working knowledge of Application Servers (JBoss, WebLogic, IIS, Tomcat)
• 4 years of experience in configuring, debugging, and systems integration
• 4 years of experience with relational databases and SQL scripting, preferably Oracle Databases
• 3 years of experience with Appian SAIL Design
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
• Telecom domain experience is desirable
