Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

• Design, develop, and implement high-performance, scalable, and maintainable applications, services, and systems
• Develop APIs and other web services
• Work with databases (relational and NoSQL) to design and implement data models
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design and development through to testing, deployment, and monitoring & alerting
• Identify and improve development processes and practices to improve quality and cycle time
• Coach and guide other members of the team
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Promote and demonstrate software engineering best practices and principles
• Participate in architectural and design discussions
• Stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends
• Assist with recruitment activities
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Identify and implement solutions designed to improve system security, performance, scalability, and reliability
• Work closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders
• Share ideas, prompting continuous improvement across the department
• Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Comply with the companys Health & Safety, Data Protection, Information Security, PCI & DSP policies and procedures.
