Microsoft Product & Services Specialist - Cyber Security

Sitting within the Vendor Alliances department at Softcat, the Microsoft Product and Services Team are a group of subject matter experts, aligned to Softcat's technology proposition areas. The team is a customer-facing, technology focused resource available for our Microsoft Specialists and our Account Teams. The Product and Services Specialists are responsible for identifying technology trends, aligning associated Microsoft solutions to them and helping others at Softcat explain these to their customers.

Support our customers' adoption of Microsoft solutions

As a Microsoft Cyber Security Product & Services Specialist, you will be a Cyber Security expert with deep knowledge of Microsoft's solutions. You need to research quickly, communicate clearly, and stay updated on Microsoft products and programs. Your role involves achieving certifications and collaborating across the business to support customer needs.

As Microsoft Cyber Security Product & Services Specialist , you'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining comprehensive an up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft products and services in Cyber Security
• Confidently articulating the value and benefits of the vendor's technology to both internal teams and customers
• Analysing market trends and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities
• Developing and maintaining a relationship map between Softcat and vendors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
• Ensuring that sales teams are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills to promote vendor products effectively
• Proactively engaging with customers and sales teams to understand customer needs and demonstrate capabilities of vendor technologies

Do you have experience in Sales?, * Excellent knowledge and understanding of Cyber Security and the integration of Microsoft's solutions

• Ability to obtain relevant sales and technical certifications

• Attention to detail and effective task prioritization
