Job description
Being a UX/UI Designer (Websites) is your chance to join our exciting hub in Sofia - which means you'll :
- Design flows, wireframes, prototypes and high quality, production ready UI for end-to-end consumer and business journeys, such as loyalty discovery, menu exploration, store search and lead generation.
- Create solutions that contribute to measurable improvements in consumer satisfaction, engagement and lead quality that are aligned with Product OKRs.
- Collaborate with Designers, Product Owners and Developers responsible for App, Costa Express, Kiosk and other digital products to deliver UX/UI solutions during peak workload, team member holidays or critical releases.
- Adopt a user centric design approach through insight, analytics, usability testing and collaborative ideation.
- Create, maintain and update design system style guides, components, assets and documentation across priority digital products for local teams, markets and partners., The role will be hybrid model with the expectation of being in the Sofia office 2-3 days per week as required. Some international travel may also be required occasionally to UK.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Zeplin?, * A creative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills, a passion for User Centred Design, experience with Lean UX and Design Thinking approaches and a high level of attention to detail.

Expert with design, prototyping and testing tools, such as: Miro, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin and UserTesting.

A clear and confident communicator with good stakeholder management and negotiation.

Experienced in designing to responsive web guidelines, accessibility standards and touchscreen usability principles.

Fluent in the classic design principles of layout, hierarchy, typography and how to apply them effectively to create intuitive digital applications.
