Senior Full-Stack Engineer

• Act as a bridge between R&D concepts and production reality
• Architect the State Engine for mobile accessibility testing
• Develop a system to capture and normalize complete views of applications
• Build and prototype decision logic for the automation engine
• Ensure integration with the existing FastAPI/Django backend
• Collaborate directly with the Founder and CTO on strategic direction

• Take ownership of full-stack development tasks, from low-level scripting to UI design

• Strong experience in Python programming (Python 3.11)
• Proficient in Django and FastAPI frameworks
• Ability to design and implement Postgres schemas
• Experience with Appium for mobile automation
• Familiarity with Next.js and TypeScript is a plus
• Experience in creating clean, typed, and testable code
• Ability to prototype quickly and refactor for production
• Understanding of graph theory and/or state machine design is beneficial
• Experience with computer vision technologies (OpenCV, etc.) is a plus
• Comfort in working with front-end technologies like React
• Strong problem-solving skills and a critical thinking mindset
• Ability to leverage AI tools effectively in development
