Product Owner Manufacturing

• Taking ownership of the SAP S/4 modules (PP, QM, WM) within your domain, you support, enhance and introduce these modules at the different locations of the Lotus Bakeries Group, as well as supporting the organization with non-S/4 related applications such as SAP IBP, Mendix apps or PLM (Siemens Opcenter) as well.
• Acting as Application owner for both SAP and non-SAP applications, you are the expert and architect, taking ownership of the application lifecycle management, including the interface architecture
• You are in regular contact with key users from Lotus Bakeries manufacturing sites across the world and guide them on how to make the best use of standard functionality within SAP and other software and combine it with industry best practices.
• You configure new processes and recommend IT solutions to optimize business processes.
• As project lead, you deliver projects within scope, time and budget, as well as realizing and deploying new functional solutions to cover business needs.
• You assist the users in getting the best IT Support and coach business representatives to become self-supportive.

Do you have experience in SAP Warehouse Management?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * You have a Master's degree in a relevant study field, combined with at least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing ICT domain.

• You have participated in end-to-end rollout projects of a manufacturing IT application, ideally within SAP (PP, WM or QM) but this is not a must. You have participated in project rollouts in non-SAP applications or have experience as product owner for custom developed applications.
• You are flexible and have a natural drive to continuously improve processes and ways of working, a team player who finds it easy to absorb and transfer knowledge.
• You have a high level of self-confidence, initiative, creativity and accuracy, combined with a hands-on can-do attitude.
• You feel at ease in a fast-paced, quickly changing work environment.
• Given the fact that out production facilities are around the world, regular travel is part of the job.
