Job description

Are you passionate about building service experiences that people actually enjoy using? At Axpo, we're looking for an experienced Product Owner who loves turning complex business needs into simple, scalable digital services. You'll help shape our Enterprise Service Management platform, connect business and technology, and deliver real value across IT and business functions such as HR, Facilities, Procurement, Security, and Data Protection.

What you will do:

Own and evolve the product vision for our Enterprise Service Management platform, aligning business priorities with platform strategy.

Prioritize and manage multiple backlogs, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and value of all items.

Shape and communicate the roadmap, balancing quick wins with long-term platform scalability.

Design intuitive end-to-end service journeys including forms, workflows, automation, integrations, and embedded knowledge.

Translate complex business needs into clear user stories and actionable requirements.

Work closely with engineering, UX, architecture, and knowledge teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Act as the main bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout delivery.

Drive continuous improvement by using data, platform insights, and user feedback to optimize services and adoption.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in service management and digital platforms.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira Service Management and Confluence.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English for effective communication., Several years of experience as a Product Owner in service management, digital platforms, or shared service environments.

Strong hands-on experience with Jira Service Management, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Solid understanding of workflow design, automation, integrations, and service processes.

Fluent German (written and spoken) is a must; professional English proficiency is required.

Comfortable working in complex, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders.

A user-centric mindset with a passion for simplicity, usability, and measurable outcomes.

Strong communication skills and confidence in making trade-offs and prioritization decisions.

Experience with knowledge management, AI-enabled services, or enterprise integrations is a strong plus.
