Join Text Control as a Technical Support Engineer for our document processing products. You will provide support via email, chat, and phone, reproduce issues, and collaborate with development teams to enhance our products. You will be the vital interface between customers and developers. The position requires excellent English skills, experience with C++, C#, or JavaScript, and the ability to work independently in our performance-oriented yet relaxed atmosphere.

If you want to work in product teams and be responsible for your own support cases or key accounts, Text Control is the place for you., * Provide technical support for our products including TX Text Control, TX Spell and DS Server via email, live chat and in phone calls.
- Reproduce problems and discuss them with development teams.
- Contribute to product development based on problems and feature requests.
- Act as an interface between the requirements of the customer and the development teams.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Software testing?, * Excellent ability to communicate - English is required.
- Development experience in one or more programming languages (C++, C# or JavaScript).
- Ability to work independently and in small teams.
- Work self-motivated.
- Software testing experience.
